What does it mean for something to abide? To abide is to continue without fading or being lost. This is what pictures are capable of. Capturing moments that are worth holding on to forever.
Likewise to abide means to dwell or live in. This is what our God promises us when we choose to put him on in baptism. It is a beautiful bond we get to have with our savior.
‟By this we know that we abide in Him and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit.”

What does it mean to have joy? Joy is not a situational emotion- it is a choice to be happy no matter what is going on. Joy is a spiritual discipline we are called to practice. Christ is the ultimate example of what true joy looks like in our life.
"These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full."
John 15:11
For me, the joy in the name is special for more than one reason. Joy is the name of my grandmother, Meme. Growing up, she showed me what unconditional love looked like and was my biggest fan. When I started my business, she was nothing but in awe. Around the time of her passing, I had spent months trying to rebrand and using Joy in my name is like keeping her with me forever. Some of my package names are some of the phrases she would say :)
